Taxis are readily available at the airport to take you to the city centre.

Even though the transport infrastructure in the islands is not that developed, there are quite a few options for getting around in Seychelles. There are many daily flights between Mahe and Praslin, the country's Air Seychelles operates several flights weekly or daily to many islands. One interesting way of witnessing the natural beauty of the country is via the scenic helicopter flight service by Zil Air. Ferry service are available with the facility of online booking on routes between Mahe, Praslin and La Digue. Taxis and car rentals are easily available and are quite cheap. Renting a car is a good option for exploring the country, however one must be atleast 21 years in age and should have valid driving license and must maintain caution driving on the narrow and mountainous roads. Public service is available on the islands of Mahe and Praslin from morning to evening.
