Day 1: Arrival in Thimphu

  • Drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan, which takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Check into your hotel and rest after your journey.
  • In the afternoon, visit the Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point) and enjoy panoramic views of Thimphu Valley.
  • Explore the local craft bazaar and try Bhutanese cuisine for dinner.
